Philip Francis Adsley Piper was born 1891 October 19, in Kensington Middlesex England. Father: Philip Adsley Piper (b.1847 Aug 2, d.1888 June 24). Mother: Caroline McElroy (b. 1849 May 11, d. 1932 Dec.)

Came to Canada approximately 1906 with his sister, Maria. Stayed first in Toronto, then Vancouver. He died 1942 May 29, in Vancouver and is buried in the Odd Fellows Section of the Vancouver cemetery, 41st and Fraser, Vancouver, Canada.

Beatrice Mellors:

Beatrice Louise Mellors was born 1891 November 11, in Birchills, England.

Beatrice came to Canada in 1903 under the name of Daglaish on the ship "Montrose."  Her age was wrong on the ship's manifest.

She died 1982 November 10, in Vancouver and is also buried in the Odd Fellows Section of the Vancouver cemetery, 41st and Fraser. (19:30 hrs Vancouver time was 03:30 Hrs, November 11 in the UK).

Philip Piper and Beatrice Mellors were married 1914 April 7 in St Paul's Presbyterian Church, Vancouver BC.

They had six children:
